The existing room layout had been modified several times with dysfunctional results. 

The architect removed a closet, bathroom and tiny hallways and with careful placement of windows made a powder room and a desk alcove.  Sandblasting the ceiling boards, extending the red oak floors and installing complimentary casings unified the new spaces with the rest of the house.

The downstairs bathroom was reconfigured with a modern shower with tons of natural light and total privacy.

We were able to fine tune the work scope to fit the owners budget
